Adopt an
eco-responsible approach

The RE2020 environmental building regulations estimated the carbon footprint of reinforced concrete shells at 254 kg CO₂eq/m².

By rehabilitating this 3,500 m² building built in 1974, the carbon saving is 88,900 kg CO₂eq.
This corresponds to the CO₂ emissions produced by 15 cars over the course of a year.
This phenomenon is all the more important in Tahiti due to its insularity and the carbon impact associated with importing raw materials.

Part of our decoration is made from Miconia, an invasive plant that causes a very significant reduction in the amount of light available to plants native to French Polynesia.
available to plants native to French Polynesia.
The entire hotel is fitted with Stopsol glazing, reducing solar heat by 65%.

Our hygiene products have been carefully selected for their natural composition and reduced environmental impact.
We prefer natural soaps, shampoos and shower gels, made locally with Monoï and other ingredients from Polynesian flora.

We are actively committed to reducing plastic waste in order to preserve our environment, especially wildlife and the oceans.
When you stay with us, you adopt an eco-responsible approach by participating in the 100% selective sorting program implemented throughout the hotel.
Our team is trained to limit water and energy consumption, manage waste responsibly and use eco-labelled cleaning products.
A global approach that helps protect the ecosystem.
